We work with residential, commercial and business agents, from brand-new licensees taking their first listing to experienced producers who just want a better split and less overhead. New agents get a bundled plan and a clear path to move up as they close deals; experienced agents get plans that keep more of the commission where it belongs.
We keep the brokerage deliberately lean. No mandatory meetings, no floor duty, no desk fee for a desk you'd never use — just the licensing, compliance and broker support you actually need to run your business.

Do I have to come into an office? +
No. There is no floor duty, no mandatory in-person meetings and no commute. Everything — transactions, documents, signatures, payments — runs through your online portal, and the broker is reachable by message or email.
How do I actually reach the broker? +
Three ways: 1-on-1 messaging inside your portal (which can be tied to a specific transaction), a scheduled 1-on-1 consultation request, or plain email. All three reach the same broker.
What does it cost? +
A $150 one-time sign-up fee, then $30/month or $330/year. Per-transaction fees vary by plan and are all published on the commission plans page.
I just got my license — can I join? +
Yes. New agents start on a bundled New Agent plan covering both residential and commercial, and move up to an experienced plan as you close transactions. Residential and commercial advance separately.
Can I keep working my current MLS? +
FMLS connected agents are welcome — joining us doesn't change your MLS membership.
How long does approval take? +
Once you've registered, signed your agreement and uploaded your ID and license, the broker reviews your application and activates your portal. You'll get an email as soon as each step is approved.
